I placed an order on 29th september 2019.
At first the order was placed and after an hour it showed transaction declined by bank any amount deducted would be refunded.
My order id is od[protected]
The refund hasn't been issued and they have removed the order from my app also.
I have a screenshot of the order placed with them. Which i am attaching with the complain.
They are saying that the transaction was declined by bank and no refund can be issued but bank is saying that the amount has been sent to the seller (Truecom retail) who has conveted the amount in emi.
I request you to look after it and please provide a solution.

I have earlier filed a complain but no solution was provided.
