Flipkart — Order regarding Kent RO

Sir,
This is regarding my Order ID OD[protected] vide which KENT Ace 8 L RO + UV + UF + TDS Water Purifier with Mineral ROTM Technology, In-tank UV Disinfection (White) has been delivered to me.

In this regard, Authorized Representative from KENT has come to my home for installation and told me that Rs 1750/- is required for installation. As there is no mention of installation charges in that order, the same was not installed.

Again I raised a complaint with Flipkart and Flipkart Customer Care person told me to install the same through a local vendor and will reimburse the amount for installation upon submission of the bill. However, when I tried to email the invoice the said email is not working( rejecting mail) ( copy attached).

it is requested to resolve my issue.
