Flipkart — Order related complaint

I have ordered the shoes from flipkart for my marriage. I have ordered the shoes by calling there executive so that I can confirm that I get the delivery on time. I have ordered the shoes on 18 January and his executive told me that I will get the delivery surely by 22 January. Now it is 24 January and still I have not got the shoes and they are telling that it will take two more days. I told them before ordering that I should get the product on or before 22 January as my marriage occasion starts from 25 January. But still there is no proper response from them as when I will get the delivery. They are making the wrong promises to the customers. If they can't deliver on time then they should not make the promise.
