[Resolved] Flipkart — Order return and pick up related problem | |
Hello, I placed a return request on 27th for my replacement order Reasons - defective product After approving return request on the next day wish master came to pick up the return He told me the verification of the product didn't match as the color was different but product was same with it's brand, but he took the the order and gave the statement : "the product's final verification would be done by our courier office" But after few hours he told the verification couldn't be successful, color different and then asked me to raise a new return request mentioning the problem. Then i requested him to give my product back to me but he refused, and instructed me to do as he told giving excuses. So, i was compelled to make another return request and the new request was approved also. But today on 29th june, when i contact the person he told me regarding the same problem as previous and he is also not willing to return my product back and also not updating the successful pickup of the order My total amount was for rs 858/- I am cheated and this is a big fraud with me, I have been shopping with flipkart since many years but this is the worst incident ever Kindly my final request help me to get my refund back.
