[Resolved] Flipkart — order status changed to delivered but never received the product | |||
I ordered an item luxliss keratin smoothing treatment 100ml from flipkart. I never received this product but suddenly the order status is changed to delivered. Also, when i try cancelling the order. They accepted my cancel order and accepted for refund of the amount for the product but even the refund is cancelled. Now neither i have the product nor the refund. I do not understand this kind of fraud which they do to customers. I am not sure if anyone has faced this kind of issue earlier and would like to know the resolution on this from flipkart end.
