During BBD sales, I ordered 2 quantity of black sandals but I received only one quantity of sandles where as in the outer pack of the invoice it was mentioned 2 quantity. But when I tried to open the box, I found only one quantity of sandals are there. So, I raised a ticket with Flipkart customer support team and continuosly trying to resolve my issue but till now my issue wasn't resolved. Everytime when I try to connect with customer support I need to explain my issue starting from first with customer support executive which I feel really exhausted. Also, I have connected with more than 5 customer support executive but still my issue is same.
Requesting the team to kindly look into my issue and resolve this problem at the earliest. As I am a loyal customer of Flipkart, this kind of things are making me to lose my trust with Flipkart.
