Flipkart — Ordered a IFB microwave Account blocked for no reason

I have ordered IFB microwave oven which was cancelled by ifb technician at the time of installation as there was noise issue.
The technician said that the machine will be replaced bh flipkart. i tried reaching both IFB customer service and flipkart and each time IFB asked Flipkart to replace the product.
When I raised this issue with Flipkart instead of solving my issue they simply blocked my account for no reason.
This is the worst customer service I have came across.
If a product is cancelled at installation according to flipkarts terms and conditions it will either be replaced or refunded, but nothing happened.
