I have ordered a Laptop :- [acer Predator Helios 300 Core i7 11th Gen - (16 GB/1 TB HDD/512 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home/6 GB Graphics/NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060/165 Hz) PH315-54 Gaming Laptop (15.6 inch, Abyssal Black, 2.3 kg)] from Flipkart on 23rd September, 2022. And the delivery date was of 30th September, 2022. But I didn't received on the due date. So, I contacted Flipkart customer service more than 10 times on 30th, September, 2022. And the customer services executive didn't resolved the delivery issue and the delivery date was changed from 30th September, 2022 to 3rd October, 2022. And from 1st Oct, 2022 to 3rd Oct, 2022 I contacted Flipkart customer service executives several times but they just took this issue "just for granted" and didn't resolved the issue. And the last status update of the product was on 26th september 2022 showing "Dispatched to DeogharHub_DGH" and didn't updated anymore till now. And the order didn't reached to my nearest hub and it's been more than 1 week. And today is 4th october and till now i haven't received my order.
*The time takes to reach Deoghar hub from Ranchi hub (motherhub) is 1 to 2 days maximum.
*No help was provided by Flipkart customer service executives.
*I contacted customer helpline several but they end the call after listening the issue without resolving it.
So please help me to get my order deliver to me.
