I had ordered two curtains on Flipkart from a seller called Houzzcode.
The seller charges Rs 100 per curtain as delivery charges and the package is always delivered torn. This seller has messed up all the orders I have placed.
For this order as well, the seller sent the wrong design and colour of the curtains, so I returned both of the curtains but have received the refund for only one. The invoice clearly states the total amount paid, which was 1888. They have only refunded 944 Rs.
I contacted Flipkart regarding the same on the 6th and they said that they would resolve it by the 12th. They keep marking the complaint as resolved, so I contacted them again today only to find out that they have no information regarding the issue. They have not even confirmed with the delivery partner whether they had received two curtains or one. All the customer executive had to say was "I am going to try and get this resolved". They re-opened the issue, but it is marked as resolved again. Within 10 minutes. With no solution. I have neither received a confirmation that they would be initiating a refund for the remaining amount nor have I received any other solution from Flipkart's end.
