[Resolved] Flipkart — ordered canceled without my permission

I placed a order and confirmed my order on 22th January. Order id-OD[protected] after that i complain on flipkart customer support helpline and one executive ask me for reorder. And as usually i ordered this product 2nd time (order id- OD[protected] but same problem, without any reason flipkat canceled my order. And now offer is over so this product price is change now. Verified Support Jan 24, 2020 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry for the trouble caused. Due to unforeseen issues faced by the seller, the order for the product "Vivo Z1x (Fusion Blue, 128 GB)" has been canceled. The seller has confirmed that a refund has been completed on 23 Jan 20. It will reflect in your debit card by 04 Feb 20. Request you to note down the refund reference number PZT[protected]I1FOG03. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
