Flipkart — Ordered during big billion days in September 2022 and today is 10 Jan 2023 still products not delivered

This is the worst experience with flipkart. There are two products ordered on sep 2022 which flipkart didn't deliver till date Jan 2023. They are escaping saying that order a fresh product and get benefited with shipping charge. I have raised complaints for 1 month continuously but there is no resolution. Bad thing is that they even not cancelling the order and not giving money back
