[Resolved] Flipkart — Ordered for one printer, delievered and charged for 2 | |||
I had ordered for single laser printer "Brother Hassle Free - HL-2240D" on flipkart.com on EMI on my credit card. I got delivered 2 printers. On the day of 2nd delivery I called up flipkart regarding this mishap. The lady on the phone told me that this could be a mistake and she'll arrange a pickup. I asked her to confirm that I haven't been charged for this and she said I wasn't. I didn't hear from them later and no one picked up the printer. I called back on 31st and they're saying this wasn't a mistake, there were 2 orders placed and they can't do anything about it. I actually got a confirmation telephone call probably for the second one, but I confirmed I'd ordered one because they didn't ask me explicitly if I'd ordered the second one. Verified Support Mar 31, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he claims that he order for one product and he received two and he looking for refund. Informed customer that will arrange for refund and created wait refund. Hence closing the case.
