[Resolved] Flipkart — Ordered Item has been not delivered.

I was ordered one item through flipkart as per terms and conditions its delivery date is also expired. Still i dint get my ordered item. please help me how to approach. Please take action on this issue and advised to don't repeat such type of problems for customer because we suffer so much not able to approach to higher level.

Please solve the issue and give instructions to deliver the ordered item as soon as possible.
