[Resolved] Flipkart — ordered item not delivered yet

Dear sir/ madam,
As per mentioned subject, i have ordered dell vostro laptop on sun, 24th sep. 2017 (See the attached) through flipkart application, i paid through debit card item value 37490 inr.
When i placed order on flipkart, firm has accepted delivery address as mentioned.
Now a problem is that time of delivery on thursday 5th october 2017 but flipkart said that "item is out of delivery area (Pin code - address mismatch)" as tracker shown.

We have already put complaint on consumer (Complaint no is 455507), response within 7 days.

Updated by mhesh247 As discussed with flipkart, time of order placing pincode accepted.
Also requested delivery address changing.
Even courier partner has not contact singke time to us.
