[Resolved] Flipkart — ordered item not delivered yet | |||
Dear sir/ madam, As per mentioned subject, i have ordered dell vostro laptop on sun, 24th sep. 2017 (See the attached) through flipkart application, i paid through debit card item value 37490 inr. When i placed order on flipkart, firm has accepted delivery address as mentioned. Now a problem is that time of delivery on thursday 5th october 2017 but flipkart said that "item is out of delivery area (Pin code - address mismatch)" as tracker shown. Verified Support Oct 09, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We interacted with the customer and informed him that product was not delivered because of non serviceable location hence closing the complaint from our end.
