[Resolved]  Flipkart — Ordered item not received

Hi

Ordered Windows 10 Pro 32bit, 64bit | windows10pro
with below details :
Order Id: OD[protected]
Order Date:[protected], 09:18 PM
Invoice No: FAGPKO[protected]
Invoice Date:[protected], 09:21 PM

But I got only confirmation code to connect with number [protected] on whatsapp
As communicated with them only Flipkart is supposed to sent the key over courier.
Chat is attached for your reference.
Also I received couple of other documents which are not related to my order are also attached for your reference.

on 24 April connected with Flipkart support at [protected]
But I did not get item what ever I ordered.
Can you pls assist here.

Complaint marked as Resolved 
Received the key in whatsapp9243272727. Yet to use this key received. As suggested by friend connected with the person on above WhatsApp number over call then again shared the confirmation code sent by Flipkart. After that he shared the key.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
