[Resolved] Flipkart — ordered mattress when i am away from home, ordered product not matching requested for size change, denying to change | |||||
Dear team, i have ordered mattress by mistake with wrong size, after delivery requested for cancellation and ordered one more again with wrong size with wife inputs, not yet delivered, requested flipkart to change the size but not accepting. Verified Support Oct 27, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We interacted with the customer and informed him that as per the seller policy we won't take the product back, the product which he purchased we delivered the same hence closing the complaint from our end.
