[Resolved] Flipkart — ordered product cancelled due to shipment damaged now I have to order at a higher price | |
I recently ordered a Lavie Tote bag from Flipkart during Big Billion Days Sale.Later after a few days, in the tracking section it stated that not delivered as shipment was damaged.I contacted customer care who assured that there is a delay and will be delivered to me within 23rd October 18 instead of 16th October 2018.Later they call me and tell me that it cannot be delivered and that i have to cancel the order and place a fresh new order.But the price has increased and customer support direct told me that they cannot do anything about it.This is not fair.First they give attractive discounts and then fool people and make them order again at higher prices.How can such a trusted e-commerce website like Flipkart do something so silly like this?
