[Resolved]  Flipkart — Ordered the product from Flipkart for a medical purpose

Ordered the product from Flipkart for a medical purpose but the product was missing essential fitment. Requested refund within due timeframe and was told that the refund will be processed within 5 days but neither the return nor the refund has taken occurrence. There is no positive response from the support staff and now that the invoice is available the company isn't cooperative in sharing the account details where they are saying the refund is made. In many emails I am asked to provide the bank details for refund but after providing still I am getting the same emails in my inbox from multiple email accounts. The complaint was already filed on mobile apps for National consumer helpline and My grievance but nothing has worked. The representatives keep calling to harass me to give the same information over and over again. The communication was also sent to their legal team about the issue but nothing has taken occurrence. Even after constant communication with those idiots the amount is not yet refunded and the company either doesn't want to pay the amount or they do not want to talk about it. I have not received the money is all I know and I shouldn't have to experience such harassment from Flipkart and its representatives.

Number of emails and calls received from them are more than 100 and in these many email the company has not been able to find out the account to make the payment in even when the details should be available in my flipkart account and also that I have sent the details to them over the emails and their idiotic chat boxes on multiple occasions.
