[Resolved] Flipkart — Ordernot received even after promised delivery date | |||
Hi, my order no is OD[protected] Order was placed on 16th Sept’15, payments was made in advance and promised delivery date was 16th Sept’15 but still status of my order is PROCESSING. I called Flipkart Customer support executives so many times as well but not received any positive response/feedback to my questions. I must say that Flipkart is the worst website for Online Shopping. Additionally I have paid Rs. 500 for Flipkart First service. Please stop fooling customers by promising Same day delivery. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Sep 17, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with the customer and informed him there was a delay in a delivery due to some issues as the refund has been initiated.
