This is much needed to raise a compliant about worst customer experience, harassment and ignorance. This is in reference of my Flipkart order (Order ID: OD[protected], I have attempted to resolve this issue with customer service (all levels including Cs.flipkart/Escalations/Manager/Cs.head) but no sign of positive outcome or any resolution. All they did was escalate to the concerned team and gave a timeline to wait. Not even a follow up or update. Therefore, I am forced to knock on your door after waiting almost a month. Let me brief the concern.
I have ordered a Hitachi 1.5 Ton AC on 11th June 2023. The product was delivered by Delhivery courier services on 14th June. It got installed the very next day. After a couple of days o[censored]sage, we noticed some cooling issues and immediately informed your customer service. I got a call from a lady asking more about issues, I shared all the details and requested for replacement. She told me replacement is not possible so the machine will be returned after a technician visit. I agreed and requested her to get it done as soon as possible because it was very hot and humid weather at that time. the technician came on 16th June, he diagnosed and told us its manufacturing defect, so will get returned to Flipkart. The same can be confirmed by the technician ([protected]). It was not a good experience because the machine was needed in such weather conditions. I immediately ordered another AC blue star which was delivered, installed and working properly. You can check my order history. Since after the technical visit was done, no update from the Flipkart side. I am tired of calling, emailing and having conversations with at least 30 different people but only receiving fake assurance/ false information.
I believe that this issue is a violation of customer agreement and it has caused me stress and so much discomfort. This is a question on Flipkart reliability and trust. Such kind of experience was never expected and no chance of further usage of your platform. Therefore, I request a proper research/investigation on this incident, disciplinary action against ignorance and immediate resolution.
I feel like am a victim of Fraud after ordering this product, Fraud by seller as well as Flipkart. After one month Flipkart has closed and rejected return request. Its a organised Fraud by Flipkart ! Finally, I have raised Grievance and also going for legal proceedings against Flipkart. Now days Flipkart seems to be making money by Scamming and doing such fraud!!!
