My complaint regarding orpat hand blender. 3rd nov. 23 order confirmed shipped 4th nov. delivered 4th nov. 23 trying to return after so many times they're accepted for refund, return approved 19th nov. 23 and picked product 19th nov. 23 at noon but i received message that unsuccessful pick up and reschedule my product for pickup, why my my product not proced for refund?
