[Resolved]  Flipkart — Oven Installation Delay

We have ordered a IFB convention microwave oven (20l) costing Rs 9960 on 22nd of May 2021. The item we ordered is for a special purpose and function on 30th May.
But it delivered on june 5th. The delivery boy said the installation will be done within two days. But we wait till today(June 11, 2021) during this period we called many times in the customer care number they keep on giving extended dates. But till now nobody has came to install the oven. What shall we do in this matter? Kindly take necessary immediate action to install the oven
