Flipkart — Package not Delivered on time after many complaints | |||
I have ordered new. Same Mobile Iphone 12 mini Order ID : OD[protected] Delivery date already changed but Package is already in Vadodara since 3days. I am 100% sure it will not be delivered because of below reason. Earlier two orders not delivered and cancelled by you - details below : Flipkart - Explain below Conspiracy Purchase for iphone 12 mini done under Flipkart upgrade plan - tried two times, both times it was not delivered. Order ID : OD[protected] Bought under flipkart upgrade plan for delivery at Vadodara in Month of November, not delivered on given date, done followup and raised complaints many times (Check number of complaints raised) and ultimately it was cancelled by Flipkart, although package was within Bengaluru for almost 12 days. Order ID : OD[protected] Bought under flipkart upgrade plan for delivery at Bengaluru in Month of October, not delivered on given date, done followup and raised complaints many times (Check number of complaints raised) and ultimately it was cancelled by Flipkart, although package was within Vadodara for almost 9 days Order ID : OD[protected]Bought without flipkart upgrade plan and it was delivered smoothly. - What is this conspiracy - are you people forcing me to keep mobile and pay remaining 15000Rs amount which I dont want to do and go for upgrade.- How many times I need to order and go through this pain and agony? Who will take care of my credit card statement where I am buying and paying bill and then you are refunding - who will bear the interest on ~50, 000Rs amount for all your goo[censored]p?- I want to upgrade my phone, which you are not allowing me to do, then why should i pay 15000Rs due? Just take that mobile and go away.- You are going to declare to Credit card company that I am defaulter for 15, 000Rs (As per your continuous reminder mails for upgrade), why should I be punished for your mistakes ? - I bought both of above mobiles in Diwali sales and BBD sales ? will you provide me phone if I purchase now in same pricing? Give above all answers, I will not pay 15, 000Rs for your mistakes, rather I will choose to pay to Lawyer and go to consumer court with all evidences present.
