[Resolved]  Flipkart — package not delivered yet

I have ordered a mobile from flipkart on 30th of september and expected delivery date was 7th of october but they have not delivered that product yet. I have mailed them at least 5 times and i don't know how much time i have chat with them but they don't even know where the product is. Whenever i talked with then they asked your problem will resolved in 24 to 48 hours but 48 hours never ends. I don't understand what is going on.

I don't think they have given me my product because of i have taken any steps rather they have deliver that product according to there mood. they think chalo aaj de dete hai.
