Flipkart — Packaging

I had ordered a '100 piece mask' on flipkart and when i opened it..it was not packed in a plastic cover or a box. Mask is something that is very essential and should be delivered in a sterile manner. What guarantee do i have that these were packed with someone who was wearing gloves or it wasnt even picked up from the floor?
Very disappointed with flipkart service. They wouldnt even refund my money. I am not satisfied with my product and i just wasted cash by buying this from FLIPKART!
