Flipkart — Paid cash even after online payment

On 1st Oct, 2022 I placed an order of sunglass at flipkart order Id: OD[protected].
I already paid for the order via googlepay but still on 6th October 2022 the delivery boy delivered the product to my home and asked for cash Rs. 220 for the order which my parents eventually paid.
I lodged complaint on flipkart regarding this and they assured that within 8 working days I will receive the refund, but still after 10 days there is no refund.
