[Resolved]  Flipkart — Paid for 2 item but received only one item need my refund for other item.Per Item value is Rs1401/-

Dear Sir/Madam, Name : Pariyerum Perumal Registered Emailid - [protected]@gmail.com Contact No - [protected] Order ID - D[protected] I have ordered two Ajanta Digital 29.6 cm X 3.1 cm Wall Clock from flipkart with single order of 2 quantities on Nov 21st 2020. ( attachment of mail received after ordering & invoice also attached for your reference ) I have also received the parcel claiming it to be billing outside the package as quantity 2 but inside the box only one ajanta clock was there. As i received the package on 24th Nov 2020 i have called customer care to ask what am i supposed to do. I here by explaining the various solutions suggested by customer care support . On 24th Nov 2020 1 st customer care support agent As i explained the problem am facing, customer care agent suggested me to raise the return of the product to get either return or refund. So pickup Boy will come and pick the package which I received and the amount will be refunded in some business days. As per suggestion even though i have ordered 2 quantities simultaneously i was able to claim refund or return separately only.So i made a return request for both the order separately. Pickup guy have come to pick up my package but he was not ready accept the package even though physically its literally visible that the size of one clock just filled the outside of the parcel brown package not even an inch space was available inside the package.He hesitated to pick the package because quantity claiming it inside as 2. The Very next moment I tried contacting customer care but didn't go through, So i have requested the guy to talk to the Distributor Manager . As per discussion with Mr.Sukumar, he suggested me to call customer care and ask customer care to raise the return request on behalf of me because customer agents have access to raise the return request of both the orders simultaneously because when i wanted to do that i am getting order as separate not combined. On 25th Nov 2020 2 nd customer care agent proposed suggestion I don't remember whom i have spoke with they have raised return request on behalf of me but as i told him that i am satisfied with the quality of the product so i will accept one product which i have received but money for the other missing quantity can be reimbursed to the account which i have paid through. The Above suggestion was confirmed with customer care agent and affirmation that i will keep one product with me and the other can be refunded. He also gave me the affirmation no more procedure is required to be followed i will get my money back in some days. As I was waiting for the solution, I got message from flipkart stating that " Sorry seller is unable to to fulfil your return request for Ajanta with order id OD[protected]. I completely got pissied off . On 28th Nov 3rd customer Care agent proposed suggestion. After trying so many times with so many discontinuity in calls with three different agents I finally could reach somebody in customer care to explain the suffering I have been going through for the order I have placed. She also raised a refund request on behalf of me for one item which I didn't receive. She has asked me to update my pancard/adhar card to this mail id which i have already updated.and she has asked me to wait till december 1st of 2020. Understand that they are treating a flipkart plus customer to suffer like hell. I really have to expose the suffering after order 2 products simultaneously from flipkart. This mail am writing as my last hope if i am not getting my money or at least a confirmation of refund information of Rs1401/- before 4 th december then i really need to take legal action for the stress i was going through because of flipkart purchase. I am really concern about a casual citizen who is having a least access to internet and limits of Knowledge to interpret the problem arised by online buying platforms

I ve ordered 2 quantity of nutrex but recieved only one with the price of two.

In packing its showing quantity 2 but box contains only one nutrex pack.
either take back one packet and return the money or else give me the remaining packet
Flipkart — paid for two items but received only one item. Need my refund for other item, per item value 190 & I repeat again I paid two items value rupees 380/-
