[Resolved] Flipkart — paid for my order but order not placed | |
I placed an order on flipkart on 7th of jan worth rs 2600 and the money got deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I called their customer care and they said you’ll get the refund in 24 hours but i got no reply from them. I raised an issue through their customer care service and they asked me to wait for 72 hours i. E till 10th of jan. On 10th of jan they called me and asked me to wait till 13th of jan. On 13th of jan i got a call from them and the customer care executive asked me for my bank details but just as the call got disconnected i got a mail saying contact your bank. On the same day i got another call saying wait for another 24 hours but i got no reply from them after that. There customer service provides no solution at all.
