[Resolved]  Flipkart — Parcel Delivered without item & refusing to refund

I ordered a HP 128GB Micro SD Card From Flipkart on 17 Jan 2022 & it got me delivered today on 21 Jan 2022 & When I opened the parcel there was no memory card ( I HAD VIDEO RECORDED ON OPENING THE PARCEL)

I Contacted Flipkart but they said that it must be a seller Issue & they will refund me only Rs246 against Rs717 I paid for since I was asking for refund

I asked them that If I was not at fault then why I have to loose Money but they said it's their policy Since you cancelled the order So bank offer will get deducted while there was no memory card delivered & Still I will Loose Money

They Said they cannot help other than that I am very angry against Flipkart for this kind of action second time with me

I have recording of video before I opened the parcel

I was not contacted & lost patience So decided to throw away package but I do have a video of opening parcel with me.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I am writing as of 31/7/2022 I have still not been contacted I request Flipkart to contact me & to resolve the issue I have video proof as well in which there is no memory card at all in the box which I am ready to share with anyone who wants it.

I decided to throw away package as it was gaining dust in the store & contacting Flipkart for the same would be foolishness for a order of 2022.
