Flipkart — Parcel is not delivered my addresses

I have ordered Groceries product oil, salt, soap, haldi etc.
Which will not be delivered to my address .
The name of the courier is Ekart Logistics.
Now my parcel is at jalandhar hub. I have recieved a message that i have to collect my parcel from there only .
First of all my area is Jalandhar. I was given the time of 14th August 2022 that my parcel has not yet reached me, please deliver my parcel to me as soon as possible. My tracking number is = FMPP[protected].
