Hi Team,

when i have available in office which has given to deliver address. delivery boy properly not hand over the parcel. by last two days i have received auto mated message "Undelivered:could not be delivered today since we could not get in touch with you." without contacting address how you are decided to could not able to delivered.

what is this kind of service can expect.
