Hi,
I ordered the product OD[protected] which was late delivered on 13/10/2018 with the machine missing I am calling your call centre since then but every time I was told that the case is been escalated as because of a technical issue the order cannot be returned back or they can contact the seller to send the missing part many complaint are raised but of no use (IN[protected]. I even spoke to a superior and she said the same script that the issue will get resolved within 24-48 hours it's been more than 17-18 days now. Contact me on [protected] or I will escalate this issue further.

The Rs.649 for Cocodoes Jasmine, Rose, Mogra, Lemongrass, Lavender, Sandalwood Aroma Oil, Diffuser Set have been credited to the Gift Card section in your Flipkart account which you can use within a year to buy products sold by any seller on our website or app. It is non-transferable and can be used without pin and password. Updated by [email protected] Issue closed now as you were not able to contact seller to deliver the machine so you have refunded me back the same amount as gift cart, I have again ordered the product, let's hope this time the products are there in the box.
