[Resolved]  Flipkart — partially product received

With due respect i was ordered a product maybelline new york colossal kajal & colossal mascara combo, order id - od[protected], seller:infamiss fashion at rs - 239 at the time of flipkart sell, but today partially product received only mascara received & kajal missing. & now i complaint flipkart customer he told me that seller has no option to exchange i[censored] take it & don't return either you can return this product & same product purchase again different seller but this time product price is 553. So why i am purchasing in bigger prise.

Customer raised a complaint stating that the quantity was missing in the package. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on October 05, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
