[Resolved] Flipkart — parts missing of order od[protected] notty ride musical activity walker | |||
On 04 dec, order was placed for notty ride musical activity walker. On 08 dec product was received, and it was noted that the musical and light assembly was missing. Immidiately return request was raised. Option selected was item not as per description and parts was missing. On 12 dec i got autorecorded call from flipkart for scheduling pick up. Though no one came on 13th dec, again pickup was scheduled for 14 dec, but no one came. Then i got messagr that return is rejected by seller. I contacted customer care, they raised request agin and assured me that by 17dec product will be picked up. On 18th i again got message of return rejected. Upon contacting customer care the lady raised return request again, again it was rejected by seller. After that one more requesf was raised and rejected by seller. Looking at this irresponsible behaviour from flipkart and seller, i posted issue on twitter. They said they are lookinh into it and they will contact me. Today is 22 dec, till todat i have posted 5-6 posts on twitter, 1 email, and 2-3 calls to flipkart, but i am getting no response. I feel they ensured that they will postponed the issue till 18 dec because it was the last day of raising return request as per policy. I got call from flipkart social media team, the lady said they need 48 hours to look into the matter, that means they did nothing in past more than 10 days. They are not returning the product neither giving the refund. The cost of walker is rs 1762, which was beyond my budget, but i baught it because of the faith i had on flipkart. They are not only playing with the money of people but also with the emotions specially when it comes to baby products. I want strict action to be taken against flipkart and the seller headway inc, 55 kolkata. Was this information helpful? | |||
