[Resolved] Flipkart — Pathetic customer service.(OD[protected] | |||||
I ordered a battery for my laptop but when it got delivered it was not compatible with my laptop. I called back Flipkart to arrange a replacement for the right product but Monica Singh from Flipkart support team and Abhishek from senior team refuse to refund or replace the battery and said you can complain anywhere but there is no process of refund. I told them not to refund but to provide right part but they left me helpless order number OD[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
