Hope you are selling well on bbd but it is very sad to know that your services are getting worse day by day in all the aspects including the delivery date and deadline.
Your customer care is just a layer to pass the information but they don't have status of the issues which they have escalated. All the deadlines/tat given are failing again and again without any information to customer and customer care executives also not updated about the same. When i have asked to talk to senior/tl, they don't have anyone in office to talk to.
Hope you have office for your call center with proper management and not a freelancer to just speak on behalf.
