I ordered a nexus 6 from flipkart last week, it was delivered within 3 days. the model delivered to me was having a mic issue. here starts the real drama. Flipkart's technical support person called me and accepted that the phone has a hardware issue. He assured me that on Monday i.e. 13/07/2015, flipkart's courier guy will come and handover me the new piece of nexus 6 and will take the faulty device back.
Yesterday whole day i was waiting for the courier guy but no one came. In the evening i called the customer care and told them the whole scenario. The customer care executive asks me to send the phone by a courier to Flipkart's Bangalore office.
I reported this issue on flipkart's twitter acount and got a reply that they will arrange a pick by today afternoon. No one came today and just few minutes back when i called the customer care and told them about their commitment, the customer care executive very harshly replies that pickup facility is not available at my location..CAN YOU GUYS BELIEVE IT. FLIPKART PICK UP FACILITY IS NOT AVAILABLE IN NOIDA...
Really i am fed up with the company's response. they are trying to beat american companies like AMAZON with such a pathetic customer service. I am posting this issue so that other customers should not face the same issue as i am facing. Its better to wait then to buy a product from flipkart. My 36000 bucks are in vain...
