[Resolved] Flipkart — pathetic service by flipkart/highly disappointed | |||
I had ordered groceries from flipkart on 13/04 and scheduled it to be delivered on 14/04 but neither it has been delivered and nor i have received any response from the logistics. Also when you call the customer care number, they are of no use as they will just tell you that our team will call you back and concentrate more on asking you to give feedback about the call. Their motive is not to resolve your query but to get as many feedbacks as they can. Next comes the team which is suppose to call you back. They will give you miss calls followed by mails that they tried calling you but you were not available. I do not understand that in today’s era whom is flipkart trying to fool. Belonging to service industry it’s a shame to treat your customers like this. Flipkart should not forget that there is equal number of other options available for customers. I am surprised to see that even after 48 hours of the scheduled delivery none of the customer care executive is able to answer my query as to where my package is! Shame on the services and highly disappointed by flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Apr 19, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response We spoke to customer and informed due to unforeseen issue, unable to deliver and canceled the order and refund is processed. Closing the case.
