This is regarding order number : OD[protected] placed on 14.06.2022 for Aquaguard which was to be delivered by 16.06.2022. Delivery was delayed and I received the product on 18.06.2022.
I received a faulty product for which I have raised a request for replacement on 27.06.2022.On 29.06.2022, I received an email mentioning that a replacement water purifier was delivered. Within 5 minutes of receiving the email, I raised my concern that the item was not delivered. I have not received any replacement.
I received an update that my issue will be resolved by 05.07.2022.
Whenever I contact the customer service person, they say that '' As mentioned your issue will be resolved by 05.07.0200, you have to wait".
On 05.07.2022, I received message that response is delayed and will be resolved by 06.07.2022
On 07.07.2022, my issue was marked resolved with no resolution at all.
Today I again raised concern, where I receive mail that issue will be resolve by 13.07.2022
This is not at all acceptable. This is a water purifier, an essential item. I have to buy drinking water from stores due to the wrong product delivered by you. Who will pay my bill for water I have been purchasing due to non delivery of working product to delay in your issue resolution where I have not received my product??
Now you have again mentioned that the issue will be resolved by 13.07.2022.
I DON'T WANT THIS PRODUCT ANYMORE. I CANT BUY PACKAGED DRINKING WATER ALL THE TIME AS YOU ARE NOT DELIVERING MY PRODUCT.
YOU HAVE BLOCKED MY HARD EARNED MONEY.
REFUND MY MONEY AND TAKE YOUR PRODUCT BACK.
