[Resolved]  Flipkart — Pay later payment penalty

My account was blocked in august and i was not able to make payment of my paylater for august. I had raised the issue on 27th august and they had sent me the link on september 15. Almost 20 days later. I paid and after 3 days they are send me mails regarding 200rs due for penalty.
Why should i pay for penalty, i have been contacting them on this matter from august 27 then why did they send me link on 15th september. Its flipkart's fault and now they are asking me to pay for the penalty too.
I have already paid my due on 16th september and now they are mailing me for 200rs penalty
Please resolve the issue

at least flipkart should contact me on this issue, at least send me a payment link to pay for due amount because i am not able to pay through the link they had sent me alongwith the statement(because my account has been closed).

Dear Flipkart,
I have already paid for month of august.
My concern is regarding the late fee being imposed on me
Flipkart had sent me the link on 15th september and I had paid for that on 16th. Prior to 15th no link was sent to me regarding the payment, then why should I pay for the late fee its flipkart's fault not mine.
Still if you can send me the payment link for the late fee within a week, do send me I'll pay that too. I you can't then i will file a case against you in consumer court. So I am giving you 7 days. 8th day is mine, I will knock the door of consumer court.
