'Your Flipkart Paylater account is blocked due to non-adherence to Paylater or EMI policies.'
This is the message shown on my Flipkart account Pay Later session.
This issue has been happening since the beginning of this month.
I had paid my August bills before the bill generation, i.e., on August 31, 2023.
Later, this issue will be shown on my account.
I have already contacted the IDFC customer support team twice regarding this. They said that there is no block on my loan account on the IDFC side. Again, I contacted the Flipkart customer support team more than three times regarding the same, and they said that they couldn't see any block in my account on their end. They can see the credit limit, KYC status, and all that. and I already reinstalled the app and tried again, but it seems the same as before.
In FK support team said that it might be any technical error .
Plz help me to resolve this issue.
