Flipkart — paylater billing issues | |||
My total purchases on flipkart paylater account is 1226/- for the current month of july, 2019.. But the billing amount is showing as 1316/-.. Contacted flipkart customer care and addressed the issue.. They accepted the mistake as a probable technical glitch and further informed that i'll have to pay the mentioned billing amount of 1316/- for the current month, and that the excess of 90/- will be adjusted on my next billing cycle.. On this, i asked that what if i don't purchase anything from flipkart in the near future, which is quite possible as per my choice is concerned.. To which the representative aakash told me that's the only solution.. I asked to transfer to any manager there.. He told that the manager would even tell me the same thing.. I insisted further to speak to someone senior.. He asked me to be put on hold, and i am still on hold since the past 39 minutes.. The call is still on.. I want my excess money of 90/- to be refunded on my current billing cycle.. Was this information helpful? | |||
