[Resolved] Flipkart — paylater payment failure | |||||
I have ordered some of the items through flipkart and the payment mode was pay later. But in between, they have blocked my flipkart account (Registered mobile: [protected]). After that, i could not open my account from the past month. The pay later due date was on 10th november 2019 and now it is charged with penalty rs. 200/-. I raised this issue in front of the flipkart customer care and i didn't get a proper solution. This is the third time i am facing an issue from flipkart. Their messages are irritating me. If they want me to pay the amount, they have to unblock the account. I am really frustrated. I need a solution. I don't want to waste my time on this. I want to escalate this issue in front of them. Verified Support Nov 18, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We're sorry to let you know that our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. However, we see that the Pay later payment link has been sent to your registered email ID. Request you to check the same and please pay the total overdue amount.
