Flipkart — Payment deducted but order not placed in flipkart | |
Hi all, on 31oct afternoon I tried to purchase acer aspire 7 ryzen 5 laptop from Flipkart. With a instant discount from axis card my final payment was 46890. I was in payment page received otp entered everything after that it diverted to orders page and I am shocked to see a msg that order is not placed with a msg your payment is not confirmed by bank. But I received a transaction alert tk my email and a sms that payment is dedicated. And contacted bank they confirmed me that payment is sent to Flipkart and they also provided reference number. J contacted Flipkart support and they amount is not received your bank did not sent and asking to contact bank. I requested to escalate then diverted to a lady and she mentioned the same and finally asked nd to wait for 48 hours. So I think jst to cool down they are saying 48 hrs 24 hrs and exactcly they don't know where is my money. I am requesting flipkart to please look into my case and refund my money ASAP.
