Order id: od[protected] date: 13.09.2016. my 2 emi payment is deducted but product is not supplied, their website shows wrong status with fake tracking details. customer support team is giving fake answers. please take action and arrange to refund my paid amount and cancel the order. Payment refunded from flipkart, but the faith on flipkart is lost due to long duration on money refunding process.

Flipkart Customer Care's response On checking the records we found that the shipment has been delivered to customer and the product has been returned and the refund has also been given. So closing the case.

It is mention in ur site tht Handset is also available..bt when i received the order no such is avaiable..this is really very disappointing me coz i except tht flipkart is given good delivery.please consider my compliant and tell me why handset is not provided to me
