[Resolved]  Flipkart — payment done - but my items remains in cart

Today, i done a pursuance with 8 items in my cart for rs, 3941 with the payment mode of net banking. Once, i done the online transaction rs, 3941 got debited in my bank account. But, still my items remains in cart even after the payment. Please, take this issue as serious and sort it out the inconvenience by flipkart.

We have already contacted with customer and information has been shared as below :- Spoke to customer and he said that still the refund is not reflecting yet. Informed customer that it will take 8 business days to reflect from date of initiation though there is possibility of reflecting before that, customer agreed.

Kindly, Refund the Order placed amount of Rs, 3941. If you could not solve the issue cased from your side.

Customer executive, given me time period of 24 hours to resolve the issue. But, so far 18 hours passed from the time of Complaint taken. Still, no steps taken from Flipkart and team. I hope, my complaint will be taken serious and solved within remaining 6 hours.
