[Resolved]  Flipkart — payment done but not showing in 'my orders'

I ordered moto g5 plus (Lunar grey) on 4th august, 2017, friday. My order id is od[protected]. I made a payment through net banking but my order is not showing in 'my orders' because of which i am unable to track its shipment and payment.
I am not able to talk to any customer service executive as all are busy

Please look into the matter.

We had interacted with customer's father on As customer says he have ordered a product and it was not approved Apologies for the same and As per the details checked we have not received any payment confirmation Requested to check with bank customer agreed and closing.
