[Resolved] Flipkart — payment done order not confirmed | |||||
I have ordered for a product with order id od[protected]. Payment was done through credit card. Transaction was successful and the amount was deducted but finally it returned back to the payment page again without any payment or order confirmation. Upon contacting the customer care, they were like i need to wait for 8 hours and then i will definitely get order confirmation message or mail. 1 person was not able to track the details of the order and the other tracked the details somehow and was saying seller needs to confirm the order. After taking the money, its not the right way to say seller needs to confirm the product and then order confirmation mail or msg will be sent. As the product was still in stock and its the duty/responsibility of flipkart to get the product delivered somehow after taking money from the customer. After 8 hours, no mails/msg came and again customer care person was like need to transfer the issue to concerned dept. Asking for the manager he asked for 48 hours for resolution. And top of all, an executive mr. Santhyam was very rude on call and did not even respond properly and he put the call on mute and the disconnected the call. Worst support ever from a customer care executive and i being a flipkart plus member really feeling very bad with this kinda so called 'priority support'. Was this information helpful? | |||||
