Hello,
I am sharing my experience with ### Flipkart service.I dont know they are running business or a circus show.
I ordered one CellBell chair and did the payment at the time of ordering.Then their ### service started.Here I am adding the order flow.
Product Ordered on 2nd July = Promised delivery date was 7th July= Delivery Extended to 9th July= Delivery again Extended to 11th July= Delivery again Extended to 13th July=Delivery again Extended to 17th July=Delivery again Extended to 31st July
Even after n number of calls to the CUSTOMER service, I am not getting any resolution.
I dont have the cancel option with me and they are not even initiating the refund.This is a clear cut harassment but What I can do.I should have ordered from Flipkart, my request to everyone who are reading this please try avoiding this.
Even I had smooth service earlier with Flipkart, dont know what happened now.
I am planning to legally.
