[Resolved] Flipkart — payment failed and unable to contact via phone email and website | |||||
I had made a purchase of mens jeans worth rs 759 via flipkart app and in the process of payment to sbi online, after the otp verification, the transaction failed. I tried again and the same happened again. I lost rs 759 *2 =1518 I tried help from flipkart app and posted the complaint. After 2 days i got a refund of rs 759 only. Now i am unable to file the complaint through the app, website or any other means because no options are listed for filing complaint again. I think flipkart is not supporting to file a complaint again. While calling on the customer care number it is telling no orders available with the phone number and it is rejecting my call Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support May 22, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response As per customer comments, the issue has been resolved. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
